Welcome Lunar New Year with God of Wealth

Welcome Lunar New Year with God of Wealth

Due to the Vancouver Chinese New Year Parade being cancelled, Sun Wah Center and Disability Club Benevolent Society hope to inherit the Chinatown tradition and promote the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year to the neighborhood, tourists, friends and families. In this regard, we united a group of organizations, societies, merchants and more than 39 sponsors to hold a Chinese New Year event at Sun Wah Center front gate. The event name is “Welcome Lunar Year with God of Wealth.” It is expected to give out 1,000 red envelopes and gifts to the public. The red envelopes contain discount coupons, cash vouchers, gifts, food and candies for various types of merchants. Sun Wah Center also specially prepares more than ten grand prizes, including 5 sets of 14K gold rice bowls, 1 Pu’er tea luxury gift box, 3 lucky cat gold charms, 3 Juke Fried Chicken $25 gift vouchers, and 1 EasyPark $150 parking lot gift vouchers. In addition, participants can spin the Lunar New Year Lucky Wheel and get at least two gifts. On the day of the event, guests can also park for 2 hours in the Sun Wah Center parking lot for free.
