BC ARTSCAPE SUN WAH

BC Artscape is an independent not-for-profit development organization located in Vancouver. In collaboration with the local communities where we operate, we develop affordable spaces, create programming, and engage in advocacy to serve the real estate needs of artists and cultural organizations.

BC Artscape Sun Wah is a community cultural hub in Vancouver’s Chinatown that spans three floors of the Sun Wah Centre at 268 Keefer Street: Lower Ground, 3rd and 4h floors. Artists, cultural producers, and community groups are supported by 49,000 sf. of affordable and secure space devoted to artistic inspiration, cultural expression, collaboration and learning. Comprised of 70+ tenants representing a mix of cultural and social organizations, artists, and community groups, this project puts community building and connectedness at the centre of its mission.
